Our recommended path
Readiness Review → Ongoing Advisory Retainer
Start with the AI Readiness Review to establish priorities, then move onto an Ongoing Advisory Retainer (€500–€2,000/month, or €4,000–€12,000/year) to keep policy, training and implementation current. Policy design, implementation planning and workshops remain available as standalone services, and are priced more favourably for schools on an active retainer.
Flexible engagement & pricing factors
Choose the complete end-to-end package, or individual services such as policy design, AI guidelines, implementation planning, workshops, or ongoing advisory support. Pricing is indicative and may be adjusted based on:
- School size and number of campuses
- Scope of support requested
- Number of workshops and training sessions
- Length of engagement
- Custom policy or implementation requirements
Payment terms
- One-off services: 50% deposit before work begins, balance due on delivery (staged in three instalments for engagements above €5,000).
- Ongoing Advisory Retainer: billed monthly in advance, with a minimum initial term of one academic term (approx. 3 months).
- All prices are indicative and exclude applicable taxes (IVA); full terms are confirmed in the signed engagement agreement.
