Edu:Insight processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent laws. This notice is particularly relevant for schools in Spain and the wider EU/EEA.

Data controller

For enquiries submitted through this website, Edu:Insight is the data controller. For data processed on behalf of a school during an advisory engagement, the school is the data controller and Edu:Insight acts as a data processor.

Data subjects' rights

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object. To exercise these rights, email edu_insight@outlook.com.

International transfers

Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
